Busy week!

Week 40

STUDENT HIGHLIGHTS

Workshop A

Students:
Amer, Dunham, Daniel, David, Harold, Miguel

This week was a busy week for the students in workshop A.

They learned how to shorten winding stems, straighten the crowns and put them together.

Miguel took his pivot gauge exam and finished making all of the required sizes from 0.20 to 0.08mm.

This week Harold eventually conquered an issue with division and endshake adjustment with the generous guidance from Michael. Harold also did a trial exam.

This week, Amer finished his chronograph adjustments and timing.

This week Dunny took his hairspring exam and passed! He also finished his first complete overhaul. He changed the crystal, fit a new crown, adjusted winding stem length, did waterproof testing and did the hairspring adjustments.

This week David finished his balance staff and shortened a winding stem for his Longines.
