Busy week!

 Week 42 


STUDENT HIGHLIGHTS

Workshop A

Students:

    Amer, Dunham, Daniel, David, Harold, Miguel

    This week Dunham, Daniel, David, and Miguel all learned how to make the hour wheel. 

Here we are selecting which size cutter to use.
Here Daniel is inspecting the alignment of the cutter blade to the workpiece.

This week Amer finished the column wheel chronograph adjustments on his Valjoux 22 movement.

This week David did some black polishing for the screws of his Longines in between practicing how to make the hour wheel.
This week Daniel completed all of his pivot gauges and is now also practicing how to make the hour wheel.

This week Harold completed the geartrain exam and began learning about the escapement.
 
 
GUEST STARRING

Workshop B

Students:
    Dean, Faris, Ivan, Louis, Tetsu, Varun

    This week Dean and Tetsu have been preparing for the final exam next week. Everyday they have been practicing, servicing movements, and spending some time with Henrik to go over the theory. 

    This week Ivan and Louis took their winding stem exams and are waiting for the results. Meanwhile Varun took his practice exam for winding stems.
