The school paid a visit to Schaublin some time back. These are the pictures ! Pretty interesting visit.

Incablocs

Dis-assembled incablocs. Tricky stuff. Springs fly around all the time. Which means you are on all fours trying to look for them.

On your fours ..

This happens to EVERY watchmaker at least once a year. Nothing to be ashamed of. Stefano does it in style.

Lathe Servicing Part 2

In this series, the lathe servicing is completed. It looks simple and it is. However, it must still be done with care and caution. During dis-assembly or re- assembly, parts and joints can be damaged. We cannot stress it enough. Care for your tools. Respect them. They will last for a very long time if you do.

Lathe servicing part 1. Everyone goes through it. You need good habits and caring for your equipment is one big big part of being a watchmaker.
