Is this Japanese or chinese made ?


I saw this from a Japanese watch tool supplier at their website here.

It looks pretty cool and very well made. 

Anyone has used one of these before ?

    There was/is an old Vector lathe in WOSTEP Neuchatel. It's supposed to be German, I think, but it's actually Chinese made. The quality: Mehh. In WOSTEP it was only used for certain types of finishing.

    Depending of the price of course, but I think this should be a decent lathe and therefore a good choice for a beginner or someone who does not use lathe on daily basis for a high precision work.
