It is one of the first things you make when you enter watchmaking school. The screw polisher.
Its a simple tool but there is so much you could get out of it. The teachers could assess how good your filing skills are and the students cultivate a deep sense of respect and feel for filing. We thought we might showcase some of the tools from the teaching staff, made when they were watchmaking students.
This belongs to Henrik, it was his first screw polishing tool from Watchmaking school.
And this is from Robert, his creation from WOSTEP Neuchatel.
