Two weeks away from final exam

We work like a real watchmaker now. As you see, piles of works are waiting for us. Don't panic and stay cool. We just have to get use to it and find our own pace to do quantity and quality works. Keep fighting....

Henrik check all our work one by one. Make sure everything is clean, screws are tightened, timing is good, everything functions well. If it is not good, we have to improve it until it is good.

  2. Dear Pongsiri, we are so sorry for coming back so late to you, we must have missed the notification. There are numerous ideas and theories about the way it should be used, this is also true in the Swiss watch houses, some may epilam the entire movement, some dont use epilam at all and others only use it on the pallets but not the pivots etc. etc. and everyone have their own theory so there is no right or wrong way, it depends what your idea is about it and why you want to use it. we use it only on the pallets not the lever or pivots, we also use it on the escape wheel teeth but only the teeth not the rest of the escape wheel, the reason we do it this way is to create more surface tension where the oil is working and a risk of spread exists, if properly oiled, there is no risk of spread in the pivots due to capillarity effect so no need to epilam the pivots, but on the impulse faces of the pallets there is no such effect and the risk is that the oil creeps away prematurely, epilam prevents the creeping away by creating a stronger surface tension. I hope this information can be of some help. Kind regards, KHWCC Team
